What have you been late for as a result of oversleeping?​


Nothing
I'm rather anal concerning appointments
If someone was late to my office, they missed their chance to talk to me

Before retirement, I had two alarm clocks and my woman
Somehow she always got up before me, and had breakfast and coffee ready

Never late to anything

.....and I'll be sure to be first to my cremation
 
I'm old-school like Gary, nothing to date.

I find my internal clock is always running on overtime and kicks in naturally when I know I have an engagement to be somewhere at a certain time early in the morning.

It's as if they sort of gnaw on your conscience all night long. I never sleep well the night before an early morning appointment.
 
I have never overslept and missed anything.

My hubby`s boss,on the other hand,is ready to drive hubby right over the edge. Hubby manages an auto body repair shop-because boss doesn`t want to. Boss prefers to work on cars instead. BUT,he also likes to snuggle in bed with his dog,so he shows up to work at 11-11:30 because he has fallen back to sleep so many times. So vehicles don`t go when they are suppose to and guess who gets to make excuses to the customer? I think he` gonna give his notice soon,he is soooo irritated.

Nice try Gary O' You build cabins and deer stands, bear traps and stuff like that in the middle of Sherwood Forest in the freezing cold so you could not be late for anything. Well maybe late for your own funeral because you'd be busy crafting your own redwood casket with flint handles. You know flint that rock like stuff the Apaches make arrowheads out of. Didn't know I knew about that did ye?

Many years ago I learned that the alarm clock must never be placed where you can reach it while still in bed.
