Hi, I'm Alex, wheelchair user and single mom of three who loves to travel. My disability doesn't stop me from doing things - apart from maybe riding a bicycle - and I sure don't let it stop me from traveling all over the world and my home country of Sweden and visiting exotic places. Apart from my family and travel my big interests are photography, reading, history and genealogy

Here in BC, where we reside, there's a mixed variety of weather, Alex.

West Coast is the warmest, but as one travels East and closer to the BC/Alberta border, the colder it get's.

Hopefully it's not too cold where you are.

Although I never got to Sweden I always enjoyed meeting Swedes during my European adventures. I found Swedish women particularly interesting -- upfront, forthright, tough in a good way. Like you, going up the Highlands in a wheelchair. Cool!
