Welcome 'salty dog' from the Canadian Prairies! I was a Military brat...a Military wife (a widow) and a Military mother...and have been told at times that from my cussing, people guess there were a lot of military moments! I am an octogenarian and also strongly believe in diet and exercise to remain healthy. I have recently acquired a puppy and am presently adjusting and loving every minute of it. This is a good forum for you and your wife as loaded with all kinds of neat ideas, info, etc etc.
