A faucet by Moen called "U" is voice activated delivers the precise temperature and amount request using their app or an Alexa or Google Assistant-enabled device. The price starts at $430. Just what we all must have!
Another must have: A
toothbrush by Philips Sonicare called the 9900 Prestige uses artificial intelligence to overcome iffy brushing. If you don't have the app open when you brush you can review a report later to identify areas that you chronically fail to brush sufficiently. Cost is $399.99 (not $400)

I saw the ads for the Moen faucet. "Alexa, 347.87 cc of water at 73.5 degrees," sounds good., but I want to say, "Alexa, make my dinner." Also, while the faucet works well on tv, my interaction with voice recognition apps, is more like when I say "86", I hear back, " You have entered "augh nox." Is that correct? Say "1' for........"

I'm so glad the toothbrush was only 399.99 and not 400 - sooooooo much cheaper :ROFLMAO:

I still get a bit weirded out when Alexa calls me by name sometimes. I am not sure I want her messing with my faucets or lights or anything. I have visions of my lights and faucet going on and off in the middle of the night and Alexa just laughing hysterically.

Before long we might see 'electric eye droppers' complete with high pressure flushing attachments. :)

The kids set us up with Alexa and I love it for the music, timer, reminder, etc. They also set it up to turn on bedroom and living room lights. Kinda like that too.
People say it records what you are talking about or can listen to your conversations or something...😂. Bring it on!!!! Even I don’t listen to our conversations half the time...they are that boring and then some 😁

My, my. Big City living. Must be a lots of going on in Houston town. Moen waited too late for me but I hope you enjoy however you use it.
I fillled the house with some soft music yesterday morn for the first time in ever so long from an old Sony CD changer and an old audio control deck. Got some good Polk speakers though. It was like the sound of music. Hope you enjoy.

My girlfriend's legally blind and we're looking at things like Alexa to help us in the home. We'd love to know the pros and cons about the different systems out there from people with first hand experience. Anyone who has experience using them can PM me. Thanks
