Ya think? One side of the clump of grass is mowed!!! Geez. That’s sad. There must be some serious disharmony between those neighbours.
Sorry to hear that Marci. My neighbor & I don't get along. When I first moved in I would bring her trash container back from the curb cuz she's on disability cuz of her back. Her SIL would come shovel OUR snow till she got mad at me. Yet she expected me to help her when she locked herself out one evening.
*Shrugs* No real loss. She's not a very nice lady anyway.Sorry to hear that Marci.
I don't know about the laws of the USA but in the UK if we cut down branches of trees or hedgings which belong to the neighbour we have to return them, that's either throwing them back over the fence or handing them back...of course many neighbours have an agreement if one needs to cut something on the neighbours land encroaching on your land, you can just get rid of the cutting yourself, but the actual law states that they should be returned and the neighbour could sue if they're notReminds me of a grumpy old man in our neighbourhood who cut down his neighbours trees that were hanging over his side of the fence and threw a huge pile of the cuttings back onto his land.
