OJ Simpson says Derek Chauvin 'deserves' to be convicted for George Floyd's death

OJ Simpson on Tuesday said he believes former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin "deserves" to be convicted for the death of George Floyd, while also reacting to recent comments made by Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., who is facing criticism for encouraging protesters to "stay on the street" and to "get more confrontational."

I'm all for Chauvins' incarceration... but OJ simpson, the alleged innocent killer of Nicole Simpson...can do one....who gives a damn what that piece of excrement thinks

In my adult life I never really cared what celebs thought or said, whether they were in or out of jail. Unless they were running for a local office. Quit caring around the time my friends & I gave up reading movie mags, around the late 1950s.

You've summed up my sentiment to a T, Geez.

Hey, how come there were no riots, looting and murders when O J was found innocent ??? ! Whats the deal. I thought coersion of a jury's verdict with threats of violence was all about ensuring justice, or maybe O J was innocent ...

Now there is an opinion that has absolutely no value...

I met OJ once, just a few months before the murders. I was sitting at a bar in the Panama City, Fl airport and he sat next to me and ordered a beer. We exchanged a few words, not many. It wasn't until after he left that a barmaid pointed out who he was. I did not recognize him. At the time I just though he was a friendly guy. Sure seems like a strange encounter now...
