No freezing------I have given some to friends and neighbors to stop their begging, the rest I will have in a couple of days as left overs.

My wife makes a meat loaf to kill for. I also love a roast beef but not so much for it as it comes from the oven but later when it appears in a hash...now THAT is a genuine treasure.
