I wonder how many would swim here without worry?

The glass swimming pool is built and spans the space between
two luxury Tower Blocks in London, on the 10th floor.

I would try it, but I am not sure how I would feel about it.

Would you like to try?

Mike, if you put fish in that high tank, they'd think that they were on Mars. :)

Not me.... never!!

However that swimming pool is the subject of controversy

It's built between multi-million ££'s flats, and those owners can use the pool.. but some of the flats are shared ownership.. costing only around £650,000.. and the owners of those are not permitted to use the pool...

Me neither! I'm not usually scared of heights, but that would do it!

As for access, isn't it pretty common worldwide for higher story flats and condos in city skyscrapers to cost more and have amenities such as rooftop garden access and private elevators?

yes but this is a bit of a different story I believe....:)

One assumes that the pool is built well enough to bear up.

However, that's not always the case with buildings. Take, for instance, the example of the "Leaning Tower of San Francisco":
"Since its debut on 60 Minutes, we wanted to circle back to the “leaning tower” of San Francisco to see if any progress has been made in the luxury residential high-rise that has sunk 17 inches and tilted 14 inches since it was completed in 2008."

The situation at San Francisco's sinking skyscraper is so dire, residents are selling their condos at a loss of millions

I'd be more horrified knowing how I'd look from the ground up in that thing. I love the water, but I wouldn't need that novelty thing.

Might we read some day that it collapsed?

The last thing I'd want is a "magnifying" effect from the water. Here would be me in my black bathing suit and my pale skin: "Oh, look! It's the giant Shamu balloon that must have blown away from the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade!"
