What if you only have one leg??

What if you only have one leg??

Or -- as in my case -- two that don't work so well. I'm high risk for a stroke too. But I'm afraid I cannot stand on one leg. Hmm, since, according to the link, the co-relation to high risk for stroke is linked with such instability aka "I cannot stand on one leg" maybe they're on to something. But not too surprising since it affects the amount of exercise you get and that in turn affects your weight. :p

I can stand on one leg for 20 seconds with no problem and I do it frequently as part
of my exercising.
I fear a stroke because I know how debilitating one can be so thanks Oldguy for the information.
Standing on one leg may or may not help but it can't hurt.
