Just love the hardiness of the flower... it's protective stem, and the almost jewel-like properties of the flower head really does resemble that of a Persian carpet.

Wow would I ever like to have that plant.
I had a snake plant a few years back that bloomed which is unusual but the flower was not much to look at.
