This had happened to me twice. I composed a lenghty email to the address displayed on a business's web page and never received a response. If they don't reply to emails, why put it on their sites?
Naw, that doesn't work either; I've sent short, to the point emails that didn't work either. Those email links are joke and a waste of space; I guess they maybe are supposed to make a website look better? IDK.No one wants to receive a lengthy email. Maybe be less loquacious.
Responses to emails you send can vary greatly from business to business and it often depends on the staffing and expertise of their support department. I know of a smaller company with a hot product that is swamped to the point that it's known it can be a month or more before you hear from them. I've emailed others and received a near-immediate response. Brevity, though, is your friend.Naw, that doesn't work either; I've sent short, to the point emails that didn't work either. About buying a new mattress.
Were you contacting a manufacturer or a local retailer?About buying a new mattress.
Local retailer
This, and while your at it, talk to the/a manager and ask him or her why their email system isn't working. You'll be better off going into the store to get your questions answered. Mattress retailers, if you'll pardon the pun, have a very high turn over rate.
A couple thousand? @debodunI also sent one to a furniture upholster weeks ago and am just hearing back. I wanted to know how much to reupholster this love seat. Anyone want to guess what the amount was (in American dollars)?

Depending on what kind of fabric you want, I'd guess $1000 on up. Probably not worth it unless it's a piece you really love and can't live without, or is a true antique (verified as being worth big bucks).I also sent one to a furniture upholster weeks ago and am just hearing back.
