I feel comfortable that he is not a threat to the public but I believe that he should spend his life behind bars.
Releasing Sirhan Sirhan is not going to diminish RFK's memory or dishonor him. The guy has been in prison for 50 years, not exactly the picnic that some people imagine. Besides, keeping older inmates costs a fortune in medical care...Only Governor Newsome can stop it. SirhanXTwo is 77 years old. I don't know how I feel about this. I was watching it Live. I liked Bobby. I have his autograph somewhere. How do you feel?

The Governor should stop it. I have visited RFK's gravesite. He is buried on the right hand side little hill right by JFK.Only Governor Newsome can stop it. SirhanXTwo is 77 years old. Bingo. That's why older inmates are being released - to save increased costs for their upkeep. It has nothing to do with "Rehabilitation, Justice, or Not being a threat."Releasing Sirhan Sirhan is not going to diminish RFK's memory or dishonor him. In 1980 my uncle was murdered. They caught the killer a few weeks later. He was in Vegas, in jail for another minor crime. He was extridited back here for trial. My family STILL gets contacted when parole comes up. I do not remember the sentence.I just now read this article and agree with the Kennedys that Sirhan Sirhan should be released from prison.
He still won't be released for another 150 days, then will live in a transitional home for 6 months and continue
with several programs. After the transitional home he plans to live with his blind brother in Pasadena, California
They did and approved itI have a feeling the Kennedy clan might end up putting their 2 cents worth in.
I can support that.I think ALL murderers should be released - as soon as their victims are alive again.
I think so. Looks like you posted while I was typing mine.won't the State or the Federal health care system still have to cough up $$$ for his healthcare, whether he's imprisoned or out living on his own with no $$?
He did, but before it could be carried out the California Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional. The same ruling also saved Charles Manson https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_v._AndersonSo why didn't he get a death penalty?
Thanks. I thought that perhaps that was the case. When California abolished the death penalty, Sirhan’s sentence was reduced to life with the possibility of parole.
