Coffee prices up

I have been buying Starbucks whole bean coffee on Amazon for about a year, its been 35.00 and a few cents for 6 bags. I just went to order some and the price is now 49.12 for 6 bags! I checked Walmart's price and its 64.00 for 6 bags!

I used to buy Starbucks whole bean coffee. It was $13.95/16 oz bag back then. I changed to a much-smoother & less bitter coffee - "Seattle's Best." It's $5.98, but it's a 12-oz bag. $35.88 for 6 bags & free shipping.
Maybe the Starbucks' name cost more?

I buy one of several supermarket brands of vacuum packed French roast approx 25oz/$4.99. That lasts about a month.

I try to keep one on the shelf.

If prices go up from there I’ll find another place to cut the budget.

For me, coffee is as important as air.

Yes Starbucks is higher priced coffee, I like Starbucks Sumatra and have been willing to pay the 35.00 + free shipping. But not willing to pay 49.00.

Same here. I can give up a lot of things but coffee isn't one of them.

I buy "Peet's Organic French Roast Ground Coffee" at Target for $14 (maybe 14.99) for an 18oz (1lb.2oz) vacuum-packed bag.
