State Farm for using loophole to deny coverage to Hurricane Ida victims

I've got nothing from Liberty except great service when I've needed it. I'm sure there are other good companies out there, too - they just probably aren't the cheapest ones.

God do I hate their stupid commercials, though...lol.

You know it was back in the late 1940s or early 50s when the great Hank Williams had it all figured out with insurance companies and their lawyers when he wrote and sang:

"A distant uncle passed away and left me quite a batch
And I was living high until that faithful day
A lawyer proved I wasn't born
I was only hatched"
 

Locally, we see endless TV commercials for the various insurance companies.....AND equally endless ads for Lawyers who promise to "fight" the insurance companies. This whole process seems like a viscous circle that the average consumers wind up paying for.

It's just like war. Your tax money is spent on waging war and your Red Cross contribution is spent on saving the casualties your tax created in the first place.
