Something is off, and I don't know what it is

I woke up before 5 am Sunday with a headache. Went to church, came home, ate lunch and went to scuba training at 2:00pm. Felt tired and weak, cut training short and drove home.

Monday exhausted and laid around all day. Tuesday, tired but rested, volunteered at the library for an hour.

Yesterday, eyes felt strained, short attention span and just plain tired. Contacted Dr, having blood drawn to figure this out.

I have two scuba training sessions before I decide to call it quits or continue by paying for extra pool sessions. My greatest problem is finding the correct amount of weight needed to get trim (neutral buoyancy) underwater which includes maneuverability and balance. Until I master this I cannot move forward to complete the rest of the skills.

This is may sound stupid, but is there any chance that you're dehydrated?
Four years ago, I was told that the injuries to the tendons in both of my legs could have been caused by dehydration. It seems it can cause a variety of problems.

That’s a good point, thank you
