Big Oil Leak Off The California Coast

I went up there to see the oil spill (and Alaska!). They had trailers up and down the coastline and I got to wash an otter who was covered with oil!

That must have been interesting! I also have done a little work on that clean up, but nothing as interesting as that.

Did you know the consensus today is that more damage was probably done to the beaches and shoreline by the cleanup than the oil? An interesting lesson learned.
 
Why sue the oil company when it was not the fault of the pipe line construction if the anchor caused the damage?
