Sandwiches

I also hate olives. Can't imagine them in egg salad!
egg salad... cousin to deviled eggs... something that RARELY ever ends up as a left-over. BUT if you ever end up with a few DEs still sitting on a plate... try this! one of those cute little slider buns... buttered... maybe some Dijon. put the deviled egg on top, give a little squish and you have a 2-3 bite snack. could include some avocado... or bacon... but then it will no longer be 2 bites... a GOOD thing!

Mine was a grilled banana fluffernutter sandwich.
I'd stake a bet on it that people who aren't from the Northeast don't know what a Fluffernutter is :ROFLMAO:.
One of my friends insisted on having it for lunch every single day- not grilled or with banana, though.

As for me, I'd have to pick between egg salad, bologna, and grilled cheese.. difficult to choose one favorite!!

Chicken breast with melted cheese ( real cheese, not cheese slices in wrap ), on toasted rye bread with a generous portion of Hellman's mayonnaise.
Egg salad....not chunks of egg....whipped smooth, on thick white bread.
If I can add this: my usual way of making egg salad is to grate the hard-boiled eggs on a cheese grater... that way, there aren't chunks of egg in the salad. :)

An old favourite of mine , which I had forgotten about.....
Slice of toast ,spread with butter and marmalade , then another slice on top with just butter, then a fried egg, then topped with another slice of toast to sandwich it all....
Yummy......sweet and sour taste........

That is so good...had one Sunday...
