DR. Fauci...Huge retirement package

Good for him. Working at the same job for 55 years is to be admired. I admire him for working that long. Why stop if you can do the job. I would still be working if our company had not been bought and everybody laid off. He has a great retirement package.

Wow, that is a long time. He doesn't look that old.

Retirement would probably kill him.
 
He is deserving of this. He has been involved in trying to eradicate many diseases, including AIDS. He and his family have endured death threats by idiot conspiracy theorists, but he has continued to advocate for science.

I think he continues to work because he truly believes his contribution is helping to save lives. What a noble calling. đź‘Ť
 
With his experience, credentials and reputation, if he'd moved to the private sector ten years ago in almost any capacity, he'd be making several million per year plus stock options and a generous pension.

$350K/annum in pension after 50 years of public service in the jobs he's held?

Whatever his motivations, they certainly haven't been financial.
