I do appreciate the efforts of the men and women of law enforcement.
IMO the high-profile cases that we see in the news have unfairly diminished the contributions of the many brave men and women that do their best to protect and serve our communities.
I'm sad to admit that I could not in good conscience recommend any young person take up law enforcement as a calling.
