California's Covid Gun Store Shutdowns Ruled Illegal

The most ridiculous thing I ever heard was when the head Sheriff & police chief gave speeches, trying to justify this illegal act & abuse of power by saying, "We don't want inexperienced people panicking & buying guns when they don't have the proper knowledge & training because that can lead to tragedy & we don't want that."

Then, police officers shoot & kill a 14-year-old girl in a dressing room of a store while blasting away at a suspect.

Yeah......guns are only for elite professionals......like US.

Glad they won ... most places simply did not think what they were doing in rush to decide who was essential etc.

I really hope some of these decision makers were held accountable for any money awarded instead of taxpayers....

They probably won't be held accountable. Like many other such abuses of power, it is under the guise of "Protecting the Public."

they never are but it would be a good plan if we had then bond able so when a bad decision costs the state or country the bureaucrat could pay LOL
would get a better crowd in those jobs... then the type who do it knowing full well the would probably lose in court .... i am tired of groups having to sue over and over again just to correct over zealous " public Servants"

Yea, they are not only stupid enough to do it, but thought they could extend it to infinity if they wished and who would stop them!
