My bad habits are multiple but what concerns me is the trend (and I’m sure it’s already quite a frequent occurrence in large cities… our small town is behind the times) for ppl to drive with the hood of their hoodie or jacket up 
. That just doesn’t seem smart or safe. I give them a wide berth on the road

I always wear the hood of mine up because it's COLD outside.. no ulterior motives..

I haven't witnessed it but like CS I live in a backward small town area... so it might go on more in the cities. I think probably wearing a hood while driving ( a loose hood).. might affect the drivers' peripheral vsion
