That was awful, Marie,
for you to have to wait more than 2 hours, especially since you were not stuck with your car at home, but rather you were out someplace.

Plus, they sell a service, and then they don't do it.

UPDATE: took my tire in today. There was a nail. I got lucky in that the tire was in the tread, so therefore it was just removed and patched. For a sum total of $35 US Dollars. Beats getting a new tire.
