If so how did you use it and did you find it to be an acceptable substitute for traditional peanut butter?

I have it in the cabinet, @Aunt Bea. I think it's delicious. I mixed enough for a PBJ sandwich with a little water several times. I did not miss the mouth-feel I thought the oil would give.

Frankly, I forgot about it. I was always going to develop something with it, but never did. Now I'm thinking, a bacon sandwich with the peanut powder mixed with mayo for the spread.
