I have it in the cabinet, @Aunt Bea. I think it's delicious. I mixed enough for a PBJ sandwich with a little water several times. I did not miss the mouth-feel I thought the oil would give.I'm curious.
Have any of you used powdered peanut butter? Basically, peanut butter with much of the fat removed.
If so how did you use it and did you find it to be an acceptable substitute for traditional peanut butter?

Frankly, I forgot about it. I was always going to develop something with it, but never did. Now I'm thinking, a bacon sandwich with the peanut powder mixed with mayo for the spread.
