I’m not talking about progress, emotional & psychologically the human conditions remains as it has always been. Perhaps human evolution would no longer make us human, but something else all together?

DNA don’t lie, humanity has not evolved, in my opinion
Of course we continue to evolve. Evolutionary pressures have changed a lot, people are dying for different reasons than historically, and different peoples are successfully raising families. That is the stuff of evolution, where it will lead who knows, but it is real.
Perhaps human evolution would no longer make us human, but something else all together?
Yes, again that is what evolution does. Depending on who's definition of what "human" is we have only been human for a few million years at most, a blink of the eye in evolutionary time. In another few million years we will either be extinct or "something else all together". Its the way of the world.

I think humanity has severely DEVOLVED in our souls over time.
The human species has to CHANGE COMPLETELY to grow into a higher being and higher consciousness.

Reads like your title actually should be "DNA don’t lie, humanity has not [positively] evolved, in my opinion"

There are those that now expect homo sapiens are on average moderating from higher positive evolutionary levels because in this modern era of world wide transportation and communication, all parts of the Bell Curve are genetically mixing instead of being culturally and geographically isolated. So the Bell Curve is broadening. In any case, at individual levels, what each of us becomes in all dimensions depends more on what each of us experience and do during our lives. In this telecom explosion Internet era, there are a range of negatives many people are feeding into their minds without understanding it is increasingly changing them in negative ways. We become what we experience and do. This is why it will be important for increased world-wide education and unbiased media information lest we spiral into doom.

Human societies have undergone changes(evolved) Fear, tribalism, aggression are still prominent...Human psyche isn't keeping up with those changes.
Nathan, I agree we are still at the tribal point in our evolution, even though global society has been urbanizing and heavily promoting the individual's ability to survive for a few hundred years. Another millenia or two will be required to observe evolutionary progress in humans. Some studies are being done on whether the huge increase in humans born on the autism spectrum in the last 50 yrs may be an evolutionary variant.

Go to a Walmart at 3 AM, and it's crystal-clear humanity has a hell of lot more evolving to do. I am amazed at the ancient Egyptians. For how far back in history they were and yet what the accomplished in science, the arts, architecture is truly mind blowing. Yet, they left records of daily life. They argued, had affairs, got divorced, committed crimes, loved, had kids, built, and destroyed. They were pretty much like us, now. In the scheme of evolution, 5,000 years isn't enough time to evolve much..
