Hi everyone,

So, our next CK is this coming Wednesday, 3/16 @ 2P.
Here's the small kink, I spoke with my friend and mentioned the "glitches" we'd had but she didn't offer any explanations or assistance and I didn't want to push as, to be honest, I wasn't comfortable using someone else's account in the first place.

The thing is Zoom's price plan goes from $0 to $16 monthly. That's a lot for my one (beloved as it is) bi-weekly meeting. I'd have to cancel my Audible (which I use everyday) or my Spotify, (which I use almost everyday). šŸ˜­

Anyway, last week, when we popped over to my account, it took us barely, what, two minutes to all be back in the room together.

We can use my account and I'll watch the time. At the 35 minute mark, I'll... wait... why can't I have another meeting already scheduled for 35 minutes after the first one starts and post both those meeting codes so we'll all be able to pop out of the first and right back into the second. Nearly seemless, I tell ya.

What do you think?

Oh RadishRose...I hope you do! I missed the second one somehow but participated in the first and third. I enjoyed both those meetings and it's so nice to put faces to the names.
@Medusa Thank you for posting the link early. I think since it's so easy to add more time, we can play it by air and if we need to, then do it.

No worries! It's really easy; I'll post a link in a fresh thread (with the title, like, "Coffee Klatch Link for 03.16.22, etc.)
All you have to do is note the meeting ID and Passcode and click on the link. :)

When you get into the room your audio and video will be off. Mouse over to the lower lefthand corner to turn those on (if you want to, of course.).

Looking forward to seeing you there. :)

I think I'm going to go ahead and schedule the two meetings back-to-back. That way we'll have them if we need them (35 mins goes by so fast when we're talking ;). I can put them in the same link thread and label them Mtg. 1 and Mtg. 2 Links, leaving a good amount of space in between for clarity's sake.
