I used that Epley manuever on my late wife, and 2 yrs ago on myself...so I know it works....

The Epley Maneuver does work to remove the loose crystal-like fragments that are floating around in the ear canal that is causing the vertigo. It is a simple technique that a Physical Therapist can do or Doctor and even they can teach you to do it yourself with the proper positioning.
