A typical piece of cheesecake contains more than 250 calories and a whopping 18 grams of fat. The danger in this dessert is the amount of saturated fat hiding in each slice β€” at almost 10 grams! While not all fat is bad, saturated fat can raise your cholesterol, which can increase your risk of heart disease and stroke.

Ice cream is a sweet and refreshing treat. However, it's high in sugar, calories, and possibly additives and artificial ingredients. Thus, you should read labels carefully if you want a more wholesome dessert.

Strawberry Shortcake Sundae (1 serving) contains 79g total carbs, 77g net carbs, 27g fat, 8g protein, and 580 calories.
d. Caramel Chocolate Pretzel..vanilla i.c with caramel swirls and chocolate covered pretzels pieces.
Ice cream (see "B" above,) is unhealthy because it is an energy dense food and has a high content of carbohydrates, sugar, and fat. With a carbohydrate count at about 15 grams in a one-half-cup serving, 20-30 grams of sugar depending on the flavour and 10-20 grams of fat.

I used to make homemade ice cream years ago. Mostly vanilla. Nowadays, I still enjoy ice cream, but not as much as in old days. A little bit goes a long way! But once in awhile....if it's a holiday or special day, I will treat myself to a sundae...

All of these flavors look good! Like @Bonnie and @Jace, I would try a little of each!

Jeez, I thought you were talking homemade, the old way. Ice cream maker that you add ice and rock salt and got to take turns sitting on it and cranking the handle. Do those even exist anymore? Just another thing kids are missing out on these days. I sure miss some of the stuff from childhood.

But I will take D, if I have to chose!

Party pooper? Did you know that:
Overall impact of diet on mortality
Globally, in 2017, dietary risks were responsible for 11 million [95% UI 10–12] deaths (22% [95% UI 21–24] of all deaths among adults) and 255 million (234–274) DALYs (15% [14–17] of all DALYs among adults; appendix). Cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of diet-related deaths (10 million [9–10] deaths) and DALYs (207 million [192–222] DALYs), followed by cancers (913β€ˆ090 [743β€ˆ345–1β€ˆ098β€ˆ432] deaths and 20 million [17–24] DALYs) and type 2 diabetes (338β€ˆ714 deaths [244β€ˆ995–447β€ˆ003] and 24 million [16–33] DALYs). More than 5 million (95% UI 5–5) diet-related deaths (45% [43–46] of total diet-related deaths) and 177 million (163–192) diet-related DALYs (70% [68–71] of total diet-related DALYs) occurred among adults aged younger than 70 years.

DALYs, an explanation.
