Your mind will always be younger. Give yourself some grace and take one day at a time. I have been learning to live in my body and respect its' cues. Learned that I had always been pushing myself, so of course it seemed strange to play the day as I felt. Best wishes to you in your journey through these years.

Sometimes I wake up thinking I'm in my 20's, my mind reeling with young-person plans - until I struggle to get my 72 year old bones out of bed!
