food safety- freezer times

Do you guys think the times on here are accurate?:

If so, I should throw out nearly everything I have in the freezer!!!!

Looks accurate to me. I concentrated on the freezer part; I already know it's usually only about a week or less for just refrigeration.

Thanks for your input. I guess I need to make time to clean out (or empty out) the freezer.

I'm not too concerned about the refrigerator section- pay close attention to expiration dates, and never keep meat (raw or cooked) longer than a day after I buy or cook it.
