The Rake, Tips & Tricks

Good tips there Mike... number 7/12 raking leaves into a bag, I've done that for the longest time. .. except I just use a large tarp... then bring the corners together when I'm done and tip the lot into the garden waste bin.. I do the same when I'm cutting the hedges.. far easier to lay a great big tarp down on the lawn to catch the cuttings than to have to rake them up after

Thank you @hollydolly... Last year, I raked them up, and ran the tractor over them to mulch up... I have 3 very large maples in the back yard, I did some reading, and they say if I rake them up, and make a big cage for them, and let them rot, that it makes great fertilizer for the lawn the following year, so that is what I am going to try this fall...
