Yes. Prosecutor will have to prove conspiracy to riot, and I only skimmed the article, but I didn't see anything about a manifesto or anything like that regarding this specific event.

This is such an archaic term, I haven't spoken it since I was 12. I have re-attributed this term to refer to the type of immature, socially under-developed individual who has such a fragile ego, that he seeks to denigrate others to make himself feel more...macho. AKA, a bully, those are the true fags. You can include the various active shooters, the wannabes, plus anyone that thinks they need an AR style rifle to protect their frightened happy a**.

The White Supremacists had a detailed plan written out describing what they were going to do:
An apparent leader of the group had a seven-page document outlining an operational plan in extensive detail, the chief said.
After pulling up a digital image of the document, Chief White read brief selections to The New York Times that detailed how smoke was to be used: “a column forming on the outside of the park, proceeding inward, until barriers to approach are met” and “once an appropriate amount of confrontational dynamic has been established the column will disengage and head to Sherman.”

White supremist are not just racist, they are anti any alternate lifestyle except heterosexual.

TYPOLOGY There are five predominant types of White supremacist extremists in the United States: Ku Klux Klan members, neo-Nazis, racist skinheads, Christian Identity adherents, and Aryan prison gangs.
They all subscribe to the same general belief that Whites are superior to other races. However, they also have major ideological differences – such as whether to embrace or reject Christianity (because Jesus was a Middle Eastern Jew) – as well as differences over leadership. Prison gangs, vis-à-vis other White supremacist types, appear to have an additional motives—such as gaining profit from illicit activities and finding personal protection from rival racial and ethnic prison gangs—which in many cases is greater than a purported ideological commitment to White racial supremacy.

Still, regardless, even in that context, those terms in and of themselves are derogatory and disgusting. White supremacists speak very well for themselves and don't need our help. I just had to speak up.Hopefully, you're just using terms the white supremacists use.

And yet there was a member just last week challenging the fact that gay people had reached "equality" and should just shut up. Look at these comments from a pastor in Fort Worth. If I'm vocal on this forum, this is why. This is a long fight.

Yep they hate anyone who is different from them.
I don't have a problem if they were arrested and are given their day in court. They were arrested based on the fact they were loading up into a van in a parking lot which contained shields and shin guards. I do have a problem when other groups have railroad spikes, frozen water bottles, molotov cocktails, firearms; having already set buildings auto, etc on fire, and are characterized as mostly peaceful protestors. Is it too much to ask for equal enforcement of the law regardless of the name or philosophy of the group involved?

The white gangs in prison control the methamphetamine trade. An inmate is under intense pressure to "affiliate" with his/ hers respective racial gang. If they are caught 'mingling' with other races, there will be consequences.
As a staff member working in prison I was regularly targeted to "affiliate"(ie: give favors to) the inmates belonging my racial orientation. Nope, too bad / so sad I wasn't going that direction.
