You don't mean it? There is actually a Freezer Pop Day? Help with the heat!
Yes, me too.I remember Popsicles. My favorite was grape, I think but I loved Creamsicles even more.

@Aunt Bea - My grandmother liked ice pops. In the summer, she'd send me to the soda fountain on the corner to buy two "twin" popsicles, but she was specific about which flavors to buy. Only lemon and root beer. I'd come home, and she'd ask me which one I wanted. She'd break it in half and then we'd go out onto the porch and sit on the sofa swing to enjoy our pop. The other one she'd put in the freezer for us to have later in the evening. It's one of many fond memories I have of her.The world was a better place when popsicles had two sticks.

If I were to bite into a freezer pop, tooth pain would be so intense you could hear me screaming all the way at your house!!!

I kind of remember Dreamsicles. I probably had at least one.Having led a sheltered life I can't recall ever having a Freezer Pop.
Googleing gets me confused sometimes.....as a pup I always loved what I thought were Dreamsicles but I may have been actually eating Creamsicles......dunno ???
Apparently there is a difference between the two, a Dreamsicle had an ice milk center while the Creamsicle had an ice cream center.

All I know for certain is that I peddled a ice cream bike for a summer or two and it seems like for some reason my bike was always out of orange Dreamsicles / Creamsicles.
