I loves me some mac & cheese.

Went to a pizza buffet a few weeks back (Ci Ci's) and saw that they now have a mac & cheese pizza on the buffet line and I'll admit to being tempted but I passed......maybe I'll give it a try next time.

I’m not a fan of blue box macaroni and cheese, but I really like the crispy corners of old fashioned mac and cheese made with sharp cheddar.

I would go for it if it had some color on it and a few cheesy blisters along the crust.

Like I said in other post..when I get a craving...I measure out 1/2 the box of Kraft..it's a cup..1/2 the pkg of cheese
microwave water and noodles..7-8 minutes, add cheese..stir...there you have your "bit" of comfort food!
No waste!

Mac & Cheese? What's that all about? Never heard of it. My first thought is that it was a MacDonald's Cheese burger. Macaroni and cheese, well as macaroni is a pasta and the cheese is Parmesan, correctly known as: Parmigiano-Reggiano, what's not to like?

I agree about the boxed stuff. Howz about a stove top Mac & Cheese @Aunt Bea ? There's lots of recipes if you do a search. They vary slightly and I bet you can find a couple that you like.
