From Fbi office (FBI Headquarter's shift key broke, obviously)

RE:GOODNEWS RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT!! (badnews, you need more practice)

Can I trust you??? (honestly, no, you really shouldn't. After all, I have a connection at Fbi)

It's hilarious too that instead of getting better/more sophisticated thru practice, they're getting worse over time. Probly because newbie scammers keep springing up and borrow all the old schticks.
