Giving People a Chuckle

I've been posting on this forum for about 9 days and I noticed on my profile I've been given 158 HaHa's by all of the posters so far.

This makes me really happy! If I had a do-over in life, I'd probably take some creative comedy writing courses at College. I just have good recall for corny jokes, I guess and I enjoy putting smiles on people's faces.

Anyhoo...just wanted to give you all a quick shout out for the positive feedback I've received to date! I realize I'm not everyone's cup of tea, and that I do cross the line sometimes.

If you had a life do-over, what career decision would you make differently?

I would have been an architect. I was one course away from getting my Associate degree in Junior College when I changed to Business Admin.
You probably notice a lot about properties, and possibly how to match people with them. I guess that means the next best thing is real estate. When I was in junior high, I drew structures and floor plans at night instead of reading a book when I couldn't sleep. My interest was only a hobby. Later in life I kept a drawing memory book, often of structures, mostly houses or sometimes hotels from a trip. I was surprised when my grandson said he wants to be an architect.

I once aspired to become a registered nurse. Did not happen due to my being squeamish and not tolerating the sight of blood. Amazing how I still ended up working in a hospital setting all of my adult life. First job was in the nursing department too. Unreal. I'd cover my nose when I walked the halls. I worked as the nursing administrative assistant for 18 years at Uvalde Memorial Hospital.
