Fried Popiah (Spring Rolls)

Spring rolls are very popular here.. especially as a Chinese Take-away. I think they're the cheapest item on the menu, so lots of people choose them when they come out of the pub late at night, ravenously hungry, and choose to get a cheap but tasty spring roll to eat on the way home..
 
Thanks for the recipe! Sometime when I get up the courage I shall make some. The thing that holds me back is that I want dishes to taste authentic. I did make a batch of Lumpia, didn't turn out too bad, but didn't have that "authentic" quality... :unsure:
You can do it. Just follow the instructions. Lots of prepping but worth it. As I said I helped my best friend make these for her and her family when I was still single.
