Info short from Bell Telephone about the arrival of phones with a dial. It was released in 1940.I don't see Google or Apple coming out with entertaining short films when they announce something new. It's amazing what shows up in my YouTube feed.

It occurred to me that when there was a major change being done such as this that they did have to release a short film so it could be shown in theaters. There really was no other way to inform the masses about the change.

Once you watch one of a certain type, more of same will turn up. If you ignore the new ones they will stop, but the more of one type you watch the more of that type appears. I subscribe to some YT channels so i'll see new ones by those folks. But i watch a wide variety so i continue to get wide variety of recommendations on feed.

Yup. Sometimes I go off on a tangent on YouTube and get a myriad of suggestions after that so I usually end up clearing my history about once a month.
