Florida or Arizona? If you had to decide on a warm place to spend winter?

I didn't like Arizona. I lived there for only a couple-few months....in Phoenix. Probly the worst part. I heard Flagstaff was pleasant. But the people in Phoenix were miserable from the heat, and they didn't keep their misery to themselves. That place was a total downer.

That was my dream too...but after vacationing there I realized we couldn't afford to live there.

If current weather conditions persist much longer, people living in Phoenix....and most of the SW....will have build "outhouses" in their yards, or buy bottled water to flush their toilets. If Lake Mead drops much further, and electrical power is impacted, Las Vegas casinos will be history.

Florida will be the opposite, as rising oceans flood much of that State.

I can see the day coming when 10's of millions will have little choice but to move further inland....and lose any value their current properties may have.
