Hello from Minnesota

Thank you everyone for the nice welcome.
Well a little about me, 66 divorced and retired February 2020 then the lockdowns/ riots and basic breakdown of society!
3 grown kids 9 Grandkids all close by no friends and yes it's starting to wear on me,but I'll get through it. I have a lot of interests but not a whole lot of ambition !! But basically it's all good

Hi shoprat!

I visit my family in Minneapolis often, and have lived in Hawaii for 40 years. I am considering a move from "paradise" to MN to be closer to them.
Have you always lived in Minnesota? Are the winters hard to bare as a senior?

Hi mochicat yea I have lived here my whole life, I don't mind the winters, I like the change in seasons and I really have no interest in hot humid weather. Like they say I can dress for 10 below zero but it's hard to dress for a hundred plus !!
