Welcome! I was just watching an HGTV show that featured homes in Minnesota. The areas around the lakes are so beautiful during the summer.

Hi mochicat yea I have lived here my whole life, I don't mind the winters, I like the change in seasons and I really have no interest in hot humid weather. Like they say I can dress for 10 below zero but it's hard to dress for a hundred plus !!

I agree about the heat! The UV index is over 10 year round and my fair skin has had enough sun to last a few lifetimes.
Do you have to shovel snow? I would not enjoy that
