He was honored on World News Tonight's America Strong. I love those segments at the end of the news reports because they are always heartwarming and even uplifting. His secret...keep moving. He started golfing at age 75 and still tends to his farm. Other advice: be humble, don't sweat the small stuff. View the short video report here (for audio, hit the X to unmute):

When I first posted the link, it showed properly. After reading your reply, it also showed "not available" on my end. That's because he source was Facebook but the link had changed somehow when I first posted it. See if you can access it now, I changed it to the ABC news link. You'll have to hit the icon with the X to unmute.

Earl Mallinger, 105, said people should “keep moving” if they want to live a long and healthy life.

Well I was just saying that on another thread.. I try to keep moving most of the time. However this farmer who spends most of his time outdoors in fresh air without pollution around him, also has 60 grandchildren and great grands.. so a happy family, with lots of help , and good health will keep you going long into old age.. and he doesn't look 10 5 at all..
