Learning a new flip phone after phone was stolen.

My girlfriend had her cheap 30.00 dollar phone stolen. She reported it to the police and I called the number of the stolen phone and a business answered it. Girlfriend lose it at Dollar General store. Now she's has a new cellphone and having a major time learning to use it. doing so. She might be getting a landline instead which is very easy to use.

I also bought a back-up flip phone, and it just sits on my desk as I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use it. The old ones were very simple, but now they've added some bells and whistles, which make it a headache.

Smartphones really suck. My daughter called me and told me to take a "snap shot" of a problem I'm having trying to download apps. She said push the left volume button and then the right button. I did that and the stupid phone went blank on me. Long live my flip phone that made sense.
