Probable serial killer on the loose in California near or in Stockton. Shootings last year linked to the suspect with a surviving gun shot victim. Suspect appears to be randomly shooting mostly men with one woman victim.

Suspect arrested after tips had the police following the him. Probably was in the act of hunting for his next victim.

Serial killers usually like to strangle their victims. Also, there's usually a sexual component in that serial killers kill others of the opposite sex, and usually gratify themselves. This guy doesn't seem to fit. To me, it sounds more like a race thing
