If you need help, when you are on the main Senior Forums page with all the discussion categories, scroll all the way down to the Community section where you will find the category Forum Support and Suggestions, in which you can post your questions and read others' questions and answers, which might be helpful. And as @Alligatorob suggested, just jump right in. It may take awhile to get acclimated, so don't get discouraged if it does. I hope you enjoy the forum as much as I do.
