If the cat was a Birman I could give you the ultimate caption. We had a beautiful Birman name of China-Doll. That cat was so posh that she didn't poop. No, no, no, far too posh to poop. But she would often drink from the rainwater barrel that we used for watering the garden. My wife would say: "China!" And the cat would look up as if to say: "What?"
So my caption, had the cat been China-Doll would be: "Satisfied?"
