I've only bought turkey bacon a few times since my mom passed, although many people prefer the traditional kind.

I've enjoyed a slice of bacon with my breakfast for years....one slice fried crispy,

No kidding, I love bacon. Every flavor match in the above pics look good to me. I used to do the chocolate-dipped bacon thing back then.

But there's something about pigs that break my heart to think of eating them. I suppose I'm a hypocrite because I eat other animals, and sooner or later..... I'll eat those pigs.
