So many of my friends have died in their 60’s that I decided to take the European trips that I have wanted to do. In 2022 I went to Ireland, 23 is Zurich, Munich, Salzburg, Vienna and Prague. 24 I am going to France. All trips booked .

Great sentiment. I was ready to book a trip next month and was waffling back and forth. A close friend of mine said I was becoming a homebody and was just looking for excuses not to travel. I realized she was right. I exercise and take supplements to make sure I am healthy but I never really go anywhere other than the gym, for walks or the grocery store so what's the use? I need to get out while I can and enjoy the rest of my good years.
