Are doors required to open outwards where you live as a safety measure ? I really like the clear panels on the deck. We plan to do something similar this spring with the front of our house. The existing wrought iron railings and stair rail are from the 1950's and they are almost rotted away, so they are a hazard. My question.......Are the vertical supports made of pressurized wood so they won't rot in the wet weather conditions of the UK ? All in all it looks very nice . Jim in Toronto .
Kitchen I haven't renovated any yet and I've lived in plenty of various styles. I enjoy having a kitchen with the sink in front of the windows. I call it, watch and admire, at the same time lol!
Back garden, plenty one's too. Some we thoroughly enjoyed with vegetables and fruits growing, solar fountains and two stations for birds and wildlife to feed.
One time our plans were to change the windows, have the floors reset (missing wood bits) but destiny had other plans and the blueprints were recorded on a USB never touched again.
Talking about blueprints, have hundreds of floorplans created during the 90s and early 2000s. I'd hoped to help out someone get their dream homes. I wonder if the storage CDs will still be readable...
