National Fettuccine Alfredo Day - February 7th

I LOVE fettuccine alfredo. With some garlic-sauteed mushrooms and shrimp scampi, it's the best!

Fettuccine Carbonara is also a great dish but I would throw some of your garlic mushrooms in there for sure, possibly a few broccoli florets too!
