I came across one recently I had forgotten about from the John Carpenter movie They Live starring Rowdy Roddy Piper:

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass, and I am all out of bubblegum.

Being a bit of a movie nerd myself, the funny thing about that line is that it is one of the most mis-remembered lines. He gives a little speech about the gun then he says: "you've gotta ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well do ya, punk?"

There are a bunch of them. Like Kevin Costner in Field of Dreams. Most people remember "If you build it they will come." The actual line is "...he will come."
